Welcome!
The Black Mountain Force Renegades are a role-playing scenario paintball team with members in Northern and Southern California. Our team was founded to give something back to scenario games and their producers by adding our own creative efforts, providing something fun for all participants, and thereby increasing the visibility and popularity of scenario paintball. Whether it's the sight of twenty jokers charging across the field in our Hawaiian shirts, our cutting-edge toy bazookas and props, or gallon after gallon of our world-famous Steel Reserve Chili, we always bring new and memorable twists to each and every game.
Have joo heard about scenario paintball? Scenario paintball games are often much more than "big games" - there are usually around 150 but sometimes over 1,000 participants in total - but rather than simple games like Capture the Flag, a scenario game follows a complex storyline taken from history, literature, science fiction, or imagination run wild. A typical scenario game lasts all weekend and includes radios, spies, shifting alliances, nighttime play, tanks, Nerf-ball bazookas, on-field puzzles, costumes, and simulated explosives. Some games have military themes, while others are not military at all. In past games, members of our team have played the President of the USA, James Bond's nemesis, Redcoat generals, Robin Hood, Pancho Villa, and Wile E. Coyote. There is something for everyone, which is why scenario paintball continues to expand and improve every year.
The Black Mountain Force Renegades attend a minimum of six scenario games each year, mainly in California but we travel across the United States as well. Maybe you.ll see us at the next one? If you're new to paintball and interested in giving scenario games a try, we wholeheartedly recommend Black Cat Productions scenario games, which are held all over the country. Black Cat games have a safe, friendly, sporting atmosphere and incredible variety, but are also as competitive as they come.
Drop us a line by e-mail! Or you can usually find a couple of us hanging out at Paintball Paradise, located at 260 Shotwell St., in San Francisco. While you're there, you can check out our Wall of Fame.
