If you.ve ever lusted after a paint bazooka, you.ll goggle at ours. Bazookas, you ask?? Yes, indeed. Paintball scenario bazookas fire small foam footballs at about 200 feet per second. It.s a surprisingly realistic simulation of bazooka or LAW fire, and is used in scenario games to knock out tanks or clear bunkers. Since the football is lightweight, soft, and travels only a bit faster than Joe Montana can throw, they.re safe enough to use in game, but you must always check with your field operator and scenario game producer before use.
Basic bazookas are not that difficult to construct. These usually have PVC construction and use large cranked ball-valves to fire. Most are muzzle-loaders. These designs all work fine, however we wanted more . as usual.
We are quite proud of our new toys. Our third-generation bazooka, designed and assembled by the BMF Renegades, is a tremendous improvement over simple bazookas, and looks and feels so much better that it isn.t funny. First unveiled at Oklahoma D-Day 2004, it has the following features:
- Breech loading for rapid reloads (five seconds or better)
- All-aluminum barrel and chamber construction
- Integral safety features: Pressure regulator, chamber burst disc, barrel throat reinforcement and seals
- Velocity adjustable for all weather conditions through pressure regulation (included)
- Velocity stable to +/- 5 feet per second
- Low-effort electronic trigger, pure electronic valve, and standard grip frame for easy firing and incredible usable accuracy
- High efficiency design: 25 shots or more from a 12 oz. CO2 tank, also works with 12 g cartridges (single shot)
- Effective range greater than 50 yards
Just ask Man-O-War how much he loves his. Five tank kills in two hours at D-Day.
