Steel Reserve Chili
Serves 50
8 large onions diced
1 pound ground pork
2 pounds ground beef
1/8 Cup garlic power
1/8 Cup onion power
1/4 Cup powered cumin
2 Cups chili powder
8 large tomatoes diced
2 10 pound cans Stagg chili with beans
4 24oz cans STEEL RESERVE high gravity lager
2 cups salsa
2 1/2 pounds shredded cheese
Set aside ˝ the onions and all of the cheese for toppings
Brown beef and pork in a 16 Quart, or larger, pot
Pour off excess fat
Add spices and sauté 5 minutes
Add onions and cook until translucent
Add the chili, salsa, and tomatoes
Add 3 cans STEEL RESERVE high gravity lager
Enjoy the last can of STEEL RESERVE while you simmer the chili for 1 ˝ to 2 hours, stirring frequently
